About the Role: As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between customers and technicians—helping people make confident, informed decisions about their vehicles. Build trust by educating—not pressuring—customers. Write and present clear, accurate repair estimates. Recommend services confidently and ethically. Coordinate workflow between technicians, parts, and customers. Manage follow‑ups to ensure customers feel supported from start to finish.
