Regional Sales Manager (North Germany)

Regional Sales Manager – North Germany Exabeam is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (North Germany) to drive market growth and expand our presence within a defined territory. This role is responsible for leading direct sales efforts, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with channel partners to accelerate adoption and revenue growth. As a key representative of Exabeam, you will develop and execute territory strategies, secure new business, and strengthen our footprint across the region. Responsibilities Lead account strategy to generate new business growth and add to our portfolio of clients. Build and maintain strong and positive relationships within enterprise clients. Identify customer requirements, influence strategic direction and buying decisions. Drive business development and effectively manage all buying cycles and pipeline. Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver value‑driven solutions. Partner with channel and reseller networks to drive joint sales opportunities. Forecast accurately and achieve revenue targets. Requirements Proven track record of quota achievement in enterprise or security software sales. Strong client‑facing and relationship‑building skills. Ability to effectively operate in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Solid understanding of the assigned territory and local market dynamics. Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strategic and analytical thinking skills, able to plan, pitch and execute. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). University degree or equivalent experience. Must be based in the assigned territory (North Germany).
