This role offers hands-on experience in planning and executing international trade shows, conferences, and digital marketing initiatives while working with cross-functional teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in B2B technology marketing, brand experience, or event management.**Key Responsibilities*** Support the planning and execution of global trade shows and conferences, including event logistics and on-site coordination.* Coordinate event timelines including event registrations, attendee management, meeting room reservations, and shipping logistics.* Assist with managing event materials, promotional inventory, global demo tracking, and vendor communications to ensure event readiness.* Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Creative teams to support event deliverables and cross-functional initiatives.**Preferred Qualifications*** Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with SharePoint or project management tools is a plus.* Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced global environment.**What You'll Gain*** Hands-on experience supporting global B2B trade shows.* Exposure to cross-functional collaboration within a global technology company.* Experience working on brand experience, event marketing, digital marketing, and project management initiatives.* Mentorship from experienced global marketing professionals and the opportunity to contribute to high-visibility marketing programs.**Location*** Kirkland, WA (onsite)Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons.
