10 patients per shift with admissions required

Level III NICU treating complex neonatal conditions

Intubation, chest tubes, central lines, paracentesis required

Ventilator management including oscillators and iNO

Both inpatient and outpatient rounding

30 - 50% call back rate with beeper call
