• Scheduled clinical hours along with on-call duties, requiring a 15-minute response time.
• Manage care for 10 patients per shift, including necessary admissions.
• Work in a Level III NICU, addressing complex neonatal health issues.
• Perform essential procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, central line insertion, and paracentesis.
• Oversee ventilator management, including the use of oscillators and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO).
• Conduct both inpatient and outpatient rounding.
• Handle a call-back rate of 30-50% with beeper calls.
• Potential for ongoing coverage opportunities.
