Scientist Location: Maple Grove, MN (Onsite - Arbor Lakes) Pay Rate: $39/hour Launch Your Scientific Career in Medical Device Research Are you a hands-on scientist with experience in laboratory testing, data analysis, and medical device development? We are seeking a Scientist to support research, testing, and method development activities in a fast-paced medical device environment. Key Responsibilities Execute laboratory experiments, testing protocols, and research activities. Collect, analyze, and document scientific data using established procedures. Assist with test method development and process improvements. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and laboratory documentation. Support Design of Experiments (DOE), statistical analysis, and troubleshooting activities. Maintain accurate lab notebooks, records, and inventory control documentation. Perform equipment maintenance and support qualification activities as needed. Ensure compliance with quality system requirements, safety procedures, and laboratory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field. Minimum 2 years of medical device industry experience. Experience with laboratory testing, data analysis, and technical documentation. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Minitab, DOE, or test method development is preferred.
