Olympia CoffeeRetail Director, Puget SoundThe Retail Director is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of Olympia Coffee’s retail operations. This role oversees multiple cafe locations and ensures alignment with company goals, financial targets, and our mission to improve the quality of life for farmers, staff, and customers.Reporting directly to the executive team, the Retail Director serves as a key leader within the organization driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and building scalable systems that support sustainable growth.
