LeadsOnline is looking for a Director of Marketing to lead the planning and execution of marketing programs that build brand awareness, generate demand, and support revenue growth. This role will manage a team of marketing professionals, oversee day-to-day execution of campaigns, and serve as a key partner to Sales and Product teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who blends strategic thinking with strong execution skills. This is a full-time, exempt position based in our corporate office in Plano, TX, reporting to Chief Revenue Officer. What You'll Do As the Director of Marketing, you'll play a key role in the strategies and campaigns that help drive and support our revenue growth. Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns that align with broader company and departmental goals Manage, coach, and develop a team of marketing managers and specialists across content, digital, and campaign functions Oversee execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events, paid media) Collaborate with Sales to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts with pipeline goals Manage marketing budget allocation for assigned programs and campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize marketing spend and tactics Support brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging and positioning are effectively communicated to target audiences Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing best practices to inform strategy Qualifications & Experience Experience in SaaS HaaS & Law Enforcement Vertical Familiarity with marketing automation platforms & Account Based Marketing Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a management or leadership role Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution Strong track record of managing and developing high-performing teams Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, BI or Analytics tools- CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) Experience leveraging Claude in multiple marketing activities including market research & analytics Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action Dallas based preferred or capable of travel as needed Benefits As part of our comprehensive benefits package, LeadsOnline provides the following to eligible employees: Employee paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Generous paid vacation 401k with company matching HSA with employer contributions FSA Supplemental coverage such as accident, critical illness, hospitalization, life Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Parental Leave Why Join LeadsOnline?
