Job Title: Lull Operator

Job Description

We are hiring a lull operator to work out of Franklin, MA. A valid MA 2A1C is required. This role will involve moving and hoisting material up several stories high. This role will pay $30 an hour flat with no wiggle room. We are looking for someone with 1 year of experience or more.

Responsibilities

• Operate lull and forklift on commercial job sites.
• Assist with general labor tasks around the site.
• Contribute to framing projects when not operating the forklift.
• Ensure adherence to construction plans and precision in execution.
• Coordinate effectively with other trades to minimize mistakes.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must hold a valid 2A-1C License.
• Experience in commercial construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with excavators and construction equipment.
• Ability to work within a team and follow detailed construction plans.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, MA.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Franklin,MA.
