Responsibilities Include Assessing patient status via interviews, observations, and physical exams Developing individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team Implementing interventions to achieve patient outcomes Monitoring, evaluating, and documenting patient progress throughout shifts Adjusting care plans based on patient condition changes Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with medical and hospital policies Promoting safety and troubleshooting equipment issues Collecting and performing bedside lab testing with quality control Collaborating with team members for patient care organization from admission to discharge Teaching patients and families with age-appropriate strategies Participating in data collection, analysis, and process improvements Adhering to standards of care, evidence-based practices, and safety goals Sharing clinical knowledge and supporting team development Qualifications & Skills Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with active licensure Bachelor’s Degree required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Technical competency with medical equipment and lab procedures Commitment to professional development and patient safety #J-18808-Ljbffr
