This is not simply a front desk position. The Patient Experience Coordinator plays an important role in the way our patients experience Pangea—from the moment they call or walk through our doors to the behind-the-scenes details that keep their care organized and our office running smoothly. Compensation $60,000 annual salary Additional performance-based bonus opportunities are available for team members who help the practice achieve key goals and demonstrate exceptional performance. This is a full-time, in-person position at Pangea Chiropractic in Bend, Oregon. Responsibilities What You'll Do This position combines patient experience, front-office responsibilities, and administrative/back-office support. You will spend a significant amount of your day interacting directly with patients while also helping manage the systems that keep our practice organized and efficient. Responsibilities May Include Welcoming patients and creating an exceptional experience every time they enter the office Answering phones and communicating with current and prospective patients Scheduling appointments and helping manage patient flow Helping new patients navigate their first visits to Pangea Collecting payments and assisting with patient accounts Communicating clearly and professionally about scheduling, financial policies, and office procedures Supporting billing, administrative, and back-office responsibilities Maintaining accurate patient information and documentation Following up with patients when needed Helping identify and solve problems before they become bigger problems Supporting doctors and other team members throughout the day Helping maintain an organized, clean, professional, and welcoming environment Learning and following Pangea's systems, procedures, and standards Contributing wherever needed to help the team and our patients succeed Qualifications Who We're Looking For You don't necessarily need chiropractic experience. We can teach the right person our systems. What is much harder to teach is attitude, character, communication, and work ethic.
