Human Resources Generalist

Human Resources Generalist The successful candidate will provide operational support across all key Human Resources functions, recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits and employee relations. The successful candidate will have: An Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a Human Resources environment. Sound knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures and employment legislation in Barbados. Experience in recruitment, onboarding and compensation and benefits administration. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels. Excellent organisational, communication and computer skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong influencing and relationship‑building skills within a collaborative business environment.
