You'll operate under the mentorship of the Service Manager, assisting with maintenance operations and responding to resident needs in a respectful manner. The role includes preparing vacant homes for new residents, organizing maintenance materials, and participating in community inspections. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years in apartment repair, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn.
