Primary Patient Population Adult and Gero Psych Primary Skills Utilized/Learned Assessment Skills Therapeutic Listening Verbal De-escalation Crisis Management Relationship Building Milieu Management Group Programming Facilitation Personnel RN Will Work With LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Providers, Psychologists, Behavioral Health Specialists (BHS), Social Workers Unit Details Number of beds on unit: 20 beds Benefits: MetroHealth offers industry-leading benefits, including tuition reimbursement, professional certification incentives, and medical/dental insurance.
