Senior Fund Accountant position at a prestigious $65B AUM multi-strategy hedge fund. This is an exceptional opportunity, as openings at this firm are extremely rare. COMPENSATION: Base - $125,000 to $175,000 (Stretch me on comp, looking for top tier performer) Bonus - 25% to 45% Commensurate with experience JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborating with departments, including Middle Office and Tax, to review, understand, and process all relevant transactions in the Funds' records, ensuring that all discrepancies and changes are identified and resolved daily. Evaluating how transaction and amendment data is recorded in the firm’s systems and recommending improvements to processes and/or system functionality. Possessing experience in auditing the existence and valuation of various Level 1, 2, and 3 investment positions, including proficiency with valuation models and assessing the reasonableness of inputs and key assumptions used by management.
