This will include surveillance designed to identify possible communicable disease or infections before they spread.Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records of on-going staff development programs for all personnel within facilityEnsure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident careOverseeing the implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administrationImplementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and proceduresRecruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staffOther duties as assigned by the Director of NursingComplete Care is an equal opportunity employer.
