RN Assistant Director of Nursing (RN ADON) – Bayville, NJ 08721 | $46/Hour Join Our Nursing Leadership Team

Crystal Lake Healthcare and Rehabilitation , located at 395 Lakeside Boulevard, Bayville, NJ 08721 , is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Assistant Director of Nursing (RN ADON) to join our leadership team.

This is a full-time nursing leadership position for an experienced RN who is ready to take on greater responsibility in supporting clinical operations, nursing staff, regulatory compliance, and quality resident care.

Pay: $46/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week | 7 AM–3 PM or 8 AM–4 PM
Rotating Weekend On-Call

• Assist the Director of Nursing with the overall management of nursing services

• Provide clinical leadership and support to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff

• Monitor the quality of resident care and ensure compliance with facility standards

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily nursing operations

• Review clinical documentation, care plans, and resident records

• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Monitor infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives

• Assist with staff education, training, and performance management

• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Prepare for and assist with regulatory surveys and inspections

• Respond to clinical, staffing, and operational issues as needed

The RN ADON will participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule and must be available to respond to facility needs when on call.

The RN ADON must also be available at all hours when needed for regulatory surveys, inspections, emergencies, or significant facility issues .

• Active New Jersey RN license required

• RN experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting

• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical standards

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lead, support, and motivate nursing staff

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Must be dependable and available to support the facility when needed

Position: RN Assistant Director of Nursing (RN ADON)
Pay: $44/hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Regular Hours: 7 AM–3 PM or 8 AM–4 PM
On-Call: Rotating weekends
License: New Jersey RN required
