Assistant Manager

Overview The Assistant Manager will work closely with the owner/general manager to support daily operations, leadership, and the continued growth of the school. School of Rock Sandy is looking for a mature, professional, service-oriented Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and support growth at our music school. This role is ideal for someone who understands that leadership is about supporting the team, creating a great customer experience, and helping students thrive in a safe, structured environment. The Assistant Manager must build trust with children, teens, and parents while maintaining strong leadership. This role requires warmth, professionalism, structure, and creativity.
