Assistant Stretch Manager

Position Purpose Assist in assessing member needs and recommending customized mobility programs and services while ensuring a superior member experience. On weekends, take ownership of club operations to prepare for managing your own club. Responsibilities Deliver great customer service. Assist the Stretch Director and Stretch Manager in onboarding and developing Stretch Trainers. Maintain club cleanliness. Onboard new members. Collaborate with membership and personal training sales. Maintain building and equipment safety. Show a passion for fitness and mobility. Drive for success. Show a history of commitment. Track record of delivering results. Motivate clients. Sell Assisted Stretch packages. Achieve daily target goals when the Stretch Manager is absent (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays). Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly coaching plans. Act as an information hub for product knowledge, programs, and events. Qualifications At least 1 year of fitness sales experience. Strong teamwork and willingness to assist with any task. Ability to work with membership sales and personal training teams. Commit to coaching Stretch Trainers and taking ownership of results. Adapt quickly to various situations. Excellent communication with members and teammates. Organized, independent, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail while producing accurate, high‑quality work. Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early‑mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late‑night shifts. Passion for health and fitness. Requirements Successfully pass a background check. CPR certification within 30 days of hire. Physical ability to work in a gym setting, move around club floors, and lift more than 40 lbs. Ability to access and operate the company computer system, prepare documents, enter data, and read reports. Compensation Hourly rate: $15—$15 USD.
