Credit Risk Oversight Manager (Fully Remote)

Independent oversight of credit risk in Monzo's growing lending portfolio. Support and challenge first line teams to help Monzo grow safely. Analyze data to deliver assurance and actionable insights. What You'll Do: Monitor existing lending product performance and enhance metrics. Partner with first line teams on credit strategy changes and new product launches. Lead second line assurance work and collaborate with model validation teams. Who You Are: Strong background in consumer or small business credit risk management. Proven analytical skills, with SQL and data visualisation tools. Excited about using AI tools to improve credit and risk processes.
