Production Supervisor

Our client, an international agricultural products and services company that handles agricultural commodities and a diverse portfolio of products and businesses is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their team in the oil refinery. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the refinery production and laboratory teams.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000

Location: Salisbury, Maryland 21804

What's the Job?

• Supervise daily refinery production activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met

• Oversee laboratory and production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management

• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety training and risk assessments

• Maintain compliance with food safety, environmental, and regulatory standards such as HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, and ISO

• Collaborate with maintenance teams to monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field

• Experience leading and managing refinery laboratory and production staff

• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
