Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and employees across the organization. This role will provide guidance across employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational change, workforce planning, and other key HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional who is highly proactive, comfortable working with data, able to navigate complex employee situations, and willing to take ownership of projects from start to finish. This is a highly visible position requiring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers and organizational leaders to provide strategic HR guidance across a broad employee population.
• Consult with leadership regarding employee relations, workplace concerns, performance challenges, and organizational needs.
• Support organizational changes, workforce planning initiatives, restructurings, and business transformations.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, employee development, and related organizational programs.
• Manage key components of the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, calibration, and manager support.
• Help leaders address performance gaps and navigate performance improvement plans and difficult employee conversations.
• Create and facilitate training and resources designed to strengthen manager effectiveness.
• Review HR metrics and employee data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct or oversee exit interviews and translate employee feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop effective hiring strategies for assigned business areas.
• Provide guidance related to compensation reviews, benchmarking, and performance-based rewards.
• Evaluate HR policies and procedures and recommend enhancements based on business needs.
• Assist with HR technology initiatives, including system updates, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Lead and develop an HR Analyst through coaching, goal setting, and ongoing feedback.
• Support additional HR projects and initiatives as organizational priorities evolve.

Qualifications:

• 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong experience serving as an HR Business Partner or strategic HR advisor.
• Background handling complex employee relations and organizational situations.
• Experience supporting organizational transformations, technology implementations, workforce reductions, or similar large-scale initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of performance management and performance improvement processes.
• Experience with talent development and talent management programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree preferred/required;
  exceptional candidates with significant relevant experience may be considered without a degree.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including creating presentations for leadership.
• Technologically savvy and comfortable learning and utilizing HR systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively balance employee needs, management priorities, and organizational objectives.
• Professional, polished presence with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
