Home Health Coding and OASIS Reviewer

To support a growing healthcare practice, the Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will work remotely to accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and evaluate OASIS assessment items while maintaining communication with clients and ensuring compliance with guidelines. Key responsibilities Timely and accurately review patient charts, including home health coding and OASIS assessments Educate clients on coding trends and OASIS guidelines through direct communication Stay updated on ICD-10 coding and OASIS conventions while maintaining professional certifications Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years recent experience in Home Health coding and OASIS operations or quality Certification in Home Health Coding is required Certification in OASIS is required Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and compliance guidelines Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
