As an Operations Manager within PNC’s Midland organization, you will be based within the PNC Midland footprint. Job responsibilities include: Executing operating plan and communicating strategic direction to operations team. Managing and achieving desired business results, acting as a point of escalation and resolving exceptions. Providing coaching and development to team members, leading staff meetings, and communicating the strategic direction. Consulting and advising service partners and customers, identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives. Reviewing transactions and reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality, and ensure compliance.
