Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of commercial interior construction projects. 
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met. 
• Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular project updates. 
• Team Coordination: Lead and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals. 
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets or exceeds company standards and client expectations. 
• Risk Management: Identify and address potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. 
• Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure the timely completion of milestones. 
• Leadership & Oversight: Manage and mentor Project Managers while also overseeing select projects directly. 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial interior construction project management. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects in New York City. 
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices. 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in project management software.
