Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation:

• The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $50.00 - $57.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Job Summary:

This Technical Project Manager role coordinates clinical builds and cross-functional readiness for a medical device company's ongoing algorithm and product updates. The role manages mobile device (iOS/Android) processes, OTA/FOTA firmware-update documentation, and cloud monitoring for active clinical studies.

E ssential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional coordination to deliver clinical builds for algorithm updates, tracking dependencies and readiness across teams
• Map and document new clinical-build processes, including the phone-reuse set-up process
• Establish repeatable device-capability processes for the iOS and Android phones used in clinical studies
• Define and document how studies use Pod OTA and FOTA firmware-update capabilities
• Coordinate cloud surveillance and monitoring for active clinical studies and drive timely issue resolution

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in science/engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
• Program or project coordination experience in medical devices, digital health, or another regulated (FDA/ISO 13485) environment
• Familiarity with mobile software builds and device management across iOS and Android
• Strong process-mapping and documentation skills - SOPs, checklists, and workflows
