- Monitor patient progress and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, maintaining patient safety.
