Richfield Bloomington Honda located in Richfield, MN, is currently searching for a full time Shipping & Receiving Clerk. Schedule is Tuesday through Saturdays. 5:30 am to 1:30 pm. The ideal candidate is reliable, ethical, possesses great people skills, takes pride in his or her work, and has a natural interest in learning and developing new skills.

Responsibilities:

Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Checks in all incoming orders
• Files claims on missing or damaged parts
• Puts up stock; Sets up new stock and assign bin locations
• Assures that the parts dept. is kept clean and orderly at all times
• Maintains special order parts file
• Sends out ups and ups cod shipments
• Keeps core returns up to date
• Assists in annual parts returns at various times through the year
• Spot checks bins for accuracy (clinical inventory)
• Assures dept. is prepared for annual physical inventory
• Assists in loading and routing drivers when necessary
• May at times be called upon to do a delivery or pickup
• Assists at the parts counter when called upon to do so
• Be receptive enough to be self-motivated as other jobs occur

Qualifications:

• Team oriented
• Professional personal appearance
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced work environment
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Pre-employment background check, pre-employment drug test and driving record check will be required
