As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at an educational location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and families by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, student-related concerns, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate school personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, classrooms, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with school policies; report suspicious activity, facility concerns, and policy violations to designated personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain professional communication with school personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
