Systems Administrator V

To support applications in Pathology and Genetics, the full-time remote Systems Administrator V will manage complex system configurations, drive incident and problem management processes, and oversee the stability and performance of enterprise systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Conducts business-specific projects, ensuring adherence to procedures and effective resource management Collaborates with technical teams to resolve application-specific issues and escalates critical problems as necessary Monitors and manages the performance of enterprise systems, performing complex systems analysis to identify improvement opportunities Required qualifications: Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum eight (8) years of experience in IT or operations Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications or software packages is preferred
