We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW)/Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)/Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dedicated mental health agency. The LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC will maintain an active caseload of children, adolescence and families, delivering direct therapy services to clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of clients, providing individual, group, and/or family therapy as appropriate. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and case managers, to coordinate care for clients. Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices. Uphold the agency’s mission to provide compassionate, client-centered care. Qualifications: Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)in the state of Ohio. Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a small or community-based mental health agency. Specialized training or certification in a specific therapeutic modality (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
