Remote Lead Generation Sales Outreach Specialist FT or PT

We are a growing international team looking for a reliable, highly motivated **Sales Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist**. In this role, your primary mission will be to dig out fresh leads, conduct outbound sales/marketing outreach, and input clean data into our systems.

You will be backfilling an established position on our team and taking over critical outreach tasks. If you love hunting for prospects, organizing data, and helping a business scale, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* **Lead Generation:** Research and identify targeted, high-quality prospects matching our ideal customer profile.
* **Outbound Outreach:** Execute cold sales and marketing outreach via [insert your channels, e.g., Email, LinkedIn, Social Media].
* **CRM Management:** Accurately log, track, and manage all leads and communication history within our system.
* **Pipeline Support:** Keep the sales pipeline moving by organizing prospective data and preparing qualified leads for the next steps.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales development (SDR), or outbound digital marketing.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Elite attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
* A highly stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup (essential for remote tracking software).
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.

Compensation & Work Structure:

* **Starting Probationary Rate:** $5.00 – $6.00 per hour (based on experience).
* **Performance-Based Growth:** We reward loyalty and elite performance. New hires have a clear, structured opportunity to earn their way up to our senior staff rates over time.
* **Time & Payroll Management:** We use **Hubstaff** for transparent time-tracking and automated, accurate payments for every minute worked.
* **Trial Period:** Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a brief, fully paid test project.
