Are you an outgoing, detail-oriented people person? Do you have strong telephone skills and a knack for salesmanship? If so, you may be the perfect fit for our fast-paced orthodontic office! We offer a great team environment where members stay long-term. As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll be responsible for running the new patient process, managing finances, and scheduling appointments. This full-time role averages approximately 35 hours per week.

$26~$28 per hour

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage new patients, providing a warm, friendly introduction to our practice
Guide patients through the new patient process, including consultations and onboarding
Present treatment options and financial arrangements clearly and confidently
Assist patients in understanding their recommended treatment plans and answer related questions
Coordinate and schedule initial and follow-up appointments
Handle telephone inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment decisions
Collaborate with doctors, clinical team, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
Handle insurance verification, benefit explanations, and payment processing
Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture
