The right person will bring strong attention to detail, professionalism, initiative, and a willingness to learn.**Salary:** $40,000–$48,000 annually, depending on experience **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.**What You'll Do**You'll support the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department, including:* Review and process vendor invoices and scheduled payments* Maintain vendor records and respond to payment inquiries* Research and resolve invoice and billing discrepancies* Reconcile vendor statements and internal accounting records* Review employee expense reimbursements and reconcile company credit card activity* Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation* Assist with month-end, year-end, and audit-related activities* Support accounting projects, process improvements, and other departmental needs**What We're Looking For**We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and naturally pays attention to the details.
