We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Warehouse Operations & InventoryManage and optimize inventory levels, accuracy, and organizationAnalyze inventory reports and implement controls to reduce loss and damageEnsure efficient warehouse layout and product flowOwn daily labor planning, workload allocation, and real time execution managementEnforce inventory control procedures and location accuracy throughout the siteOwn and execute the cycle counts with the teamShipping & ReceivingCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriersVerify accuracy and quality of incoming goodsOversee safe, efficient loading and unloading operationsManage and resolve carrier-related issues, including delays, discrepancies, and service performanceCoordinate specialized shipments, including export orders, flatbed deliveries, and customer-specific requirementsPlanning & SchedulingBuild and manage shipment schedules to meet customer demandsCollaborate cross-functionally to align logistics with production and salesOptimize routes and transportation strategies for efficiency and costLead and oversee replenishment processes to support productionValidate and manage warehouse request workflows, ensuring material availability, accuracy, and readiness for shipmentPartner with customers and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, and order accuracy issuesCost & Performance ManagementTrack logistics KPIs and identify improvement opportunitiesManage transportation and warehousing costsNegotiate with carriers and suppliers to secure competitive ratesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, material flow, and productivityCoach, train, and develop warehouse team membersDrive accountabilityCompliance & DocumentationMaintain accurate logistics records and reportingEnsure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standardsEstablish and enforce standard work across material handling operationsContinuous Improvement & Warehouse OptimizationLead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, material flow, and inventory accuracyApply Lean principles and problem-solving methodologies (root cause analysis, standard work, waste reduction) to improve operationsEvaluate and optimize warehouse layout, racking configurations, and storage strategies to maximize space utilization and efficiencyDevelop and improve warehouse processes and systems, including inventory control and material flowIdentify and implement improvements to warehouse infrastructure, tools, and workflows to support long-term operational performanceWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldMinimum 4 years of relevant experience4 years of experience in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practicesExperience implementing logistics or inventory control processesProficiency with inventory/logistics systems (ERP/WMS)Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesThe estimated salary range for this position is $80K to $95k. plus bonus.??Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.?
