DTC Client Services Director

A company is looking for a Client Services Director (DTC) to lead enterprise-level client strategy across e-commerce accounts and manage a team of Account Managers. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full-funnel DTC strategy across paid media, creative, and customer experience Oversee forecasting, scenario planning, and investment strategy while ensuring account health and profitability Develop and coach a team of Account Managers, maintaining high standards for strategic output and execution quality Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in DTC, performance marketing, or omni-channel roles 5+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships and complex scopes 5+ years of leadership experience Bachelor's degree preferred Extensive DTC e-commerce experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or personal care categories
