Evaluate potential properties based on location, market trends, and zoning regulations. Must have experience with securing financing as needed: obtaining funds for development projects via internal prospecting, loans, investors or partnerships. Coordinate the building process by overseeing construction and renovation of properties, ensuring they meet market demands and customer requirements. Manage property aspects such as leases and sale of building. Responsible for preparing financial projections: must develop business plans and financial models to present to internal stakeholders Qualifications: The qualified consultant will have at least 5 years of real estate development experience in the retail space.
