Multi-Site HR Generalist Employee Relations & Onboarding

A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking an HR Generalist to provide hands-on HR support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, coaching management, onboarding new hires, and ensuring compliance with HR practices. Candidates should have at least 3 years of HR experience, particularly in employee relations and workplace investigations. This is a contract role of 1-3 months with the potential for hire.
