Administrative Assistant (Property Management) Location:

$14.50/hour Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM We are seeking a reliable and organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) with experience in apartment leasing, rentals, or property management. Responsibilities: Answer phones, emails, and assist residents and prospective tenants Schedule apartment tours and process rental applications Maintain resident records and office files Assist with leases, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors Provide excellent customer service and administrative support Qualifications: Experience in apartment leasing, rentals, or property management required Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and data entry Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced office Join our team and help create a positive experience for residents and prospective tenants while supporting daily property management operations. #76HO
