Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients to craft tailored treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and narrative therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including clinical social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic and integrated care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at The Blue Moon Healing Collective, you will primarily work with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges. Our clients may seek help with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in providing therapy within a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering marriage and family therapy services to a broad range of populations, including children, adults, and families.

• Solid understanding of diagnostic criteria and treatment planning utilizing the DSM-5 framework.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and family members.

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

• Flexibility to adjust to varying client needs and work schedules.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
