Flexibility is key, with some evening and weekend hours available to accommodate the varied schedules of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's unique mental health landscape, identifying strengths and areas needing support.

• Administer individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to promote effective healing.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address client-specific goals, reviewing and adapting these plans regularly based on progress and feedback.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and safety planning when necessary, equipping clients with coping strategies and resources during challenging times.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interactions and interventions adhering to ethical and legal standards, while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation programs, and support groups to cultivate a sense of community and shared experience among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals facing a range of challenges including, but not limited to, relational conflicts, emotional distress, and personal trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
