Job Description Job Description Fitter Welders Needed in West Tulsa! Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Fitter Welder to join our team. This role is responsible for fitting and welding metal components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety standards. Candidates must be experienced in multiple welding processes and capable of working from blueprints and technical drawings. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols
Fit and assemble metal components prior to welding
Perform welding using Stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), and Flux-Core (FCAW) processes
Ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications
Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely
Inspect finished work for accuracy and structural integrity
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications Proven experience as a fitter welder or similar role
Strong proficiency in Stick, MIG, and Flux-Core welding
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of welding symbols and fabrication processes
Ability to work long hours, including overtime and weekends
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Preferred Qualifications Experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, squares)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $18–$30/hour (DOE)
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Workweek: 6 days per week (overtime required)
