We are seeking experienced, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers for our Headquarters in Southfield. Our dedicated team of appointment setters transfers live leads directly to your desk daily. This is a full-time, inside sales role requiring a proven track record of closing residential and/or commercial loans. What We Offer Amazing On-Target Earnings (OTE): Uncapped, aggressive commission structure built for top producers. GET PAID: Multiple flexible pay plans for discussion - New Loan Officers - Get Paid AT FUNDING while you build your pipeline - Receive a commission check FAST Warm Live Transferes, Prescreened Leads, and Organic Social Media Marketing Marketing and Branding Support: Call and Close Compliant provided leads while also creating your own referral network with Realtors, Builders, Investors, etc. Career Growth: Rapid advancement opportunities in a rapidly scaling company. Remote Flexibility: Work from the comfort of your home office. Key Responsibilities Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport. Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products. Multiple lead sources provided - Inbound, transfers, outbound Guide clients seamlessly through the initial application and pre-approval process. Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures. Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans. Active NMLS license in good standing. Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
