Duties Work on all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through trials and appeals. Conduct legal research and write memoranda. Draft complex case analyses and prepare briefs, pleadings, and motions. Conduct, propound, and respond to discovery. Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other counsel. Requirements 2-5 years of experience in complex litigation. Genuine interest in insurance litigation. Strong writing and case management skills. Experience handling clients and adversaries. Excellent oral advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the State of California and in good standing.
