The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Manage and supervise all restaurant operations to deliver outstanding guest service. Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff to maintain quality standards and teamwork. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Coordinate with the culinary team to optimize menu offerings and service flow. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control to achieve financial goals. Develop and implement promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales. Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of food safety regulations and hospitality best practices.
