Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a portfolio of large, complex commercial insurance accounts. This is a full‑time, hybrid role with our office located in Manassas, VA. It is service‑focused and supports Producers by managing renewals, policy changes, and day‑to‑day client needs. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary service contact for assigned large commercial accounts Manage renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes Review policies for accuracy, coverage intent, and compliance Prepare renewal summaries and coordinate carrier communication Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system Assist with claims coordination, audits, and billing inquiries Partner with Producers and clients to support client retention and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications 5+ years of commercial lines account management experience Active Property & Casualty license Strong knowledge of commercial coverages (GL, Auto, Property, WC, Umbrella, Management Liability, etc.) Experience servicing middle‑market to large commercial accounts High accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred Experience with primary/excess and multi‑carrier insurance policies/programs Familiar with AMS360 Industry experience with a variety of risks (construction, real estate, manufacturing, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr WGO Insurance
