Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Architect for a direct hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA. This role is ideal for a data architecture, business intelligence, or data warehousing professional who enjoys turning complex enterprise data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.

The Senior Data Architect will lead reporting, analytics, data warehouse, and data integration initiatives across ERP, CRM, and operational systems. Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Power BI dashboards, enterprise reports, and analytics solutions for business and executive users.
- Build, enhance, and optimize data warehouse architectures, ETL processes, data models, and reporting frameworks.
- Integrate data from ERP, CRM, and operational systems to create reliable and scalable reporting solutions .
- Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into effective data architecture solutions.
- Improve data quality, governance, accessibility, performance, and documentation across enterprise data environments.
- Deliver actionable business insights that support leadership decision-making and operational improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Lead enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Design and optimize data warehouse architecture, ETL processes, and data models.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for operational and executive users.
- Integrate data across ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.

- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, business intelligence, data warehousing, or a closely related field.
- Strong experience with Power BI, Oracle EBS experience, SplashBI experience and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Advanced SQL skills and strong data modeling expertise.
- Experience building ETL processes and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data architecture best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively with business leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, communication skills, and attention to data quality.
- Must be eligible to work in an ITAR-regulated environment.
- Must successfully pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA.
- Experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments.
- Knowledge of CMMC, NIST 800-171, and ITAR requirements.
