About Us
Innovative Air is a growing HVAC company dedicated to providing exceptional service and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused HVAC Dispatcher to join our office team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule service, maintenance, installation, and warranty appointments
- Dispatch technicians efficiently based on location, skill set, and workload
- Coordinate daily schedules and communicate updates with technicians and customers
- Manage warranty claims and warranty-related service calls
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, parts, and service completion
- Maintain accurate customer records and job information in company software
- Assist with general office duties and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous dispatching or customer service experience preferred
- HVAC industry experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Professional, positive attitude and dependable work ethic
