Travel & Expense Analyst Onsite Columbus OH

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Travel & Expense Specialist to support their Travel & Expense program by ensuring accurate expense processing, policy compliance, and exceptional employee support. This role serves as a key resource for Concur users and corporate credit card holders while helping maintain strong financial controls and an efficient expense reporting process.
 

Job Title: Travel and Expense Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Pay Range: $24/hr

What’s the Job?

• Audit employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company Travel & Expense policies.
• Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for Concur users and administrators via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Manage corporate credit card requests, including new card setup, lost/stolen cards, and fraud or dispute resolution.
• Process approved expense reports, payments, and related accounting transactions.
• Perform data quality reviews and assist with Travel & Expense projects and process improvement initiatives.

What’s Needed?

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel & Expense administration, including hands-on experience with Concur.
• Strong knowledge of expense reporting, policy compliance, and financial controls.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications: 

• 2+ years of experience supporting corporate credit card programs.
• Experience resolving credit card disputes, fraud cases, and employee account issues.
• Proficiency in data validation, payment processing, and accounting-related transactions.
