Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account Associate / Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support and help ensure smooth daily operations of the office. Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document preparation. Schedule appointments and manage calendars. Support the team with administrative tasks related to insurance policies, including processing forms and updating client information. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Assist with occasional customer inquiries and provide basic information or direct them to the appropriate team member. Requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment. A proactive and dependable approach to work. Prior office or administrative experience (required). Property/Casualty insurance license (required). Compensation $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
